Wha Yah Touch Is Yours

When I went shopping last

Had to pick up wha I did want fast

And the lady said very candidly

Yah cyahn touch dem up ‘less yah tekkin dem Honey!

All the fruit look so great and some veggies too

Had trouble reducing then to a chosen few

Then I thought I’d start back from the top

One after one I selected from the shop

Unique foreign fruit red and juicy

Caught my tempted lips and I tried this delicacy

Had breadfruit my favorite carb to eat

I took two and two plumbs, ah they were sweet

Some large grapefruits that I squeeze to test how ripe

Yes they were ready and just my type

One after one I selected all I would need

Used my best judgment to select the sprouts and weed

Realizing I had savored some of everything from the grocery

Scrumptious taste but the sweetest came when I plucked the cherry
