Why did He die so violently Excruciating pain so that we Are free to live free from sin Rescued from our dark nature within Every sign today says that it was in vain That Jesus gave his life when we again Have our celebrations of vile revelry Exposing our bodies immodestly Reveling in the streets with explicit dance Euphoria of scanty costumes and at every chance Acting like we no longer respect each other Sexually suggestive conduct with an absolute stranger One day I wish that we can celebrate Not like they do now but in a way I’ll better relate
