Long Trip Home

Sometimes on the road home we might make wrong turns and be faced with temptation that can lead us further astray. On mistake or turn can lead us to a road of no return. The important thing when we find ourselves lost is not to panic and stay away from the easy way out.

Long Trip Home

Last evening she fell asleep

On the bus home and was startled by a beep

No further bus driver, please stop right here

Got off and started walking on the road to no where

There were about 50 men who offered her a ride

Ruthless men but thankfully she never got inside

Inadvertently she had taken a wrong turn

Pathway off course, the other side, a place of concern

Hour had pass before she turned around

One call to her aunt told her where she might be found

Maybe life’s crossroads present problems like these

Every stop leads to evils, wrong turns so be careful please
