I just heard a song that spark a few memories and then inspired me to write the following. When I started writing it became very obvious that some how the song spoke to me too. All I have tried to keep myself together, my emotions burst through and I am seemingly helpless at the hands of fate

It hurts when I breathe Don’t get any comfort , don’t feel relieve Or if I hear you just for a while Not just a pounding in my chest but a broad ceaseless smile Touches send chills down my back and up my body Kisses quench a thirst but their absence burn me Nothing as lonely as you walking away Or as painful as when you have nothing to say Whispers in my ear are thrills to my heart Words soft and gentle, promises we’ll never be apart How I wish you were here now, just you and I You are gone again and again I Don’t Know Why

Things in life will always make us question why. But sometimes we have to work with what we know and what we have and make the best of it. The whys we leave up to God. He is the beginning and the end, what ever he starts he is well able to complete.
