For I Am With Thee

Every night is a promise for the day to come. I pray before selecting the one that the Lord guides me to. My interpretation of these promises are not meant to be an explanation of their meaning but rather an expansion on how I believe they speak to my life or those around me. Here is one from the first days my friend, daily telephone and devotional partner, took up new residence, where a telephone line was at the minimum 5 weeks away

The First Day

Isaiah 43:5

Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west;

For I Am With Thee

Fear not, the Lord is by your side

Open to your needs, no earnest prayer denied

Reach out to Him and He will draw near

In Him you can trust that every call He will hear

Allay all your fears He promises to bring

Mountains shall not separate you from your offspring

West will meet East and all shall be as one

I will bid the North and South gave up each daughter and son

The blind that have eyes and the deaf with ears

Have equal chance to come and with equal shares

They shall all stand witness and know that I

Have created it all for my glory and my

Eventual pleasure

Even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no Savior
