Tail Feathers

Why do we treat our fellow man so rudely when they seek information? Like my radio friend’s experience in the bank queue. Sometimes a quick question however obvious the answer can reveal startling answers. She saw one line and two ATM machines and asked whether the other one was working, there being no out of order sign. The retorts especially from one lady were rude but as is often the case was also misguided and misinformed. The supposed stupid question doesn’t always show your ignorance but may reveal the ignorance of the responders.

Tail Feathers

The world will be a better place if

All its people get rid of the petty tiff

Improve the way they speak to each other

Learn to answer their fellow man like a brother

For too long we wait in queue

Expectant to do what others do

And feeling ashamed to ask what may be

Thought the obvious by everybody

Have a dare and ask because you are better

Experience a moment suffering rather than stupidity forever

Resonate your confidence let you personality speak out loud

Show them you’re an initiator and not just following the crowd
