Each song he released with compelling lines

Michael from a boy entertained the world

Every country, state, man, woman, boy and girl

Many will recall Ben, ABC, I’ll Be There and more

Bad and Thriller albums and the Moonwalk on the dance floor

Everyone thought when he introduced his dance, it was a trick

Regardless to their opinions, on the floor he was slick

I have great memories of his entertainment and so do you

None weighs greater than the other things he chose to do

Giving of his time and giving his means, to help those without

Making the way for artistes behind him as he exercised his clout

Inequality he sung against and the destruction of Mother Earth

Called on us to define ourselves and show our moral worth

He was to us a pioneer, a leader a friend

And though he is Gone Too Soon, his legacy will never end

Earth received a special gift which our Father chose to recall

Lord, when we are Remembering Michael, let us remember it all
