A Holy Day

She is going to be like the typical Bajan woman today, caught in the kitchen, baking great cake, plain cake, turkey, ham and possible even some cookies. There is any number of dishes that will be on her menu so I know; she is going to be very busy. But she is special, she still take the time to wish friends a blessed Christmas on the phone or by email. Thank God for her.

A Holy Day

Amidst barn animals He laid

He in a manger and around Him they paid

One child homage for they knew

Light had directed them to a King’s debut

Yes, they never doubted, they came from far

Delightedly they had followed the night’s star

And now all must follow faithfully Jesus’ light

Yuletide repeat the story of what followed that night
