We're Second To None

Did I here right? Do they really want me to believe that our emergency service is second to none? Who are they kidding? Have you ever been in one of our Ambulances? Well I hope for your sake not. Or may be they send out different ones based on the type of reported problem. If that is the case then, what about in route emergencies like the patient turning for the worse or the ambulance having an accident itself. I travelled on an ambulance and aside from being a glorified First Aid kit on wheels, it had oxygen aboard and a siren

We’re Second To None

When accidents occur

Emergency vehicles come to transfer

Really quickly those who

Experienced things damaging and life threatening too

So how is it that these

Emergency vehicles don’t have EMT’s

Can’t dispense Intravenously

Optional fluids depending on the emergency

No portable resuscitators or reading machines

Didn’t see first care in their routines

They can take certain basic measurements but I too

Oxygen can be given if strain respiration leaves us blue

Nurses can recognize this and may be

Opposing this delinquent attitude of an emergency

Now I can hear that our EMT’s are second to none

Excuse me but I fear in some Third World countries we might be outdone
