The Arts Class

My dad told me this Ossie Moore joke when I was very young and it is one of the only ones he remembers. It is amazing that Ossie Moore jokes are not told much any more. In fact I hardly know some that I can spew off at will. Yet, when I hear them, they seem very familiar afterwards. They may not be the bordering on vulgar type jokes we now hear in home, on stages, radio and TV. They are just clean and stupid, and make you asked was there really an Ossie Moore.

The Arts Class

Teacher told them draw something fast

He was running out of time, the hour was soon past

Every child quickly gave of their best

A boy drew sailors on a boat another, a policeman in bullets proof vest

Reindeer in a field was one boy’s offering

This other drew a teacher lashing a student who was painfully crying

So many action pack drawings they made in the last half of class

Canons on the warzone of one, another a lad courting his lass

Let me see what you have done, the teacher said to Ossie

And he approached the teacher’s desk very slowly

So what is this? the teacher asked sternly, just a blank page and a dot!

Sir dah is a 'plane that tek off fast at the airport. You cuh still see it or not?
