A Black Friday

Taboo, that’s what it is, just taboo. I awoke to a beautiful morning until some people put into my head that it is A Black Friday. With out this little tit bit of information I might have had a great experience but in light of the day the clouds seemed dark up ahead and the hills steep. Have you ever noticed how easily perception can change when you are surrounded by negative influences? Unless of course you have the great and everlasting light and guidance of our Lord and savior.

A Black Friday

Another beautiful day, I rested well last night

But why are they saying things wouldn’t be right

Luck will run out they say and there will be injuries

A stumped toe, a fall on the stairway, bruised knees

Car may not start and if it does go may not stop

Keeps going even at the raised hand of the traffic cop

Frustrations will set in when the desk computer doesn’t work

Repairs man will come late and when he gets there he’ll be a jerk

It seems like evening although it is not yet lunch

Day moving slowly and foul-ups come by the bunch

All this is because His Word you didn’t obey

You chose to accept the taboo of A Black Friday
