Five Faithful Promises

There is much joy and satisfaction that comes from knowing that the Lord is always there. His promises He keeps and He has been ver clear with His promises. Here I remind you of five of them that He made in this one verse

Isaiah 41:10
10Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Five Faithful Promises

For all the times where they might have been fear

I think of His promise to always be near

Very many times I might have felt alone

Earnestly I pray and I’m never on my own

Fear thou not He said, and promised “I am with thee;”

And right away His power is within me

I no long tremor or feel terrified

There is no fear when with the Lord I confide

He promised “I am your God,” be not dismayed

For all the times I needed Him here, He came when I prayed

Under the lowest times He promised “I will strengthen thee”

Lifted me up from faintness and put might in my body

Praise God for the promises He always keeps

Raises me from bed in the morn from my restful sleeps

Oh Lord you promised “I will help thee,”

My days have been made better and especially

I now enjoy the beauty in all things you made

Such beauties that once passed me by when no attention was paid

Even with all this you know life might still bring me stress

So you promised “I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.”
