Super Natural Voyage

This morning was unusual. When I had said my prayers and gave God thanks for the beautiful day, I was moved to the theme of the Morning Show which visited the music across the Caribbean. One of the songs played was Supernatural Voyage and I started thinking of the people of the Caribbean and the many beautiful islands. God made them all. These wonderful songs and varied culture were all done by His hand. Do you remember the story of the preacher who wanted to be closer to God so he climbed upon the highest steeple? God said to him, “Go down my son, I reside among the people”

Super Natural Voyage

Sunshine dries the morning dew

Up on the roof top I hear the Cock-a-doodle-doo

People are already stirring about

Eyes are wide open and I hear the tout

Radio hosts playing breakfast in bed

Not just once but twice we were fed

And I had a better idea

Took a moment and knelt to pray

Used this morning to give my praise

Remembered to thank Him for these beautiful days

And as if transformed I felt His grace

Like a warm touch, a comforting embrace

Very blessed I felt and then my mind strayed

On more songs the radio hosts played

You were right Dennis J and acting AG

A morning throughout the Caribbean can be quite a journey

God gave us precious islands with beautiful people

Every song reminds me God’s with them and not on a high steeple
