Abreast Of The Rest

When I saw the first pictures of little or rather big 8lbs. 13ozs Nayara, I felt to write. There is some discomfort about some of the photo being inappropriate for public viewing, the ones during breast feeding. I differ, in fact I think that I would want to make an effort to get the message out there that breast feeding is a pure natural thing and there shall be no shame. When done respectfully this message should carry lots of a punch.

Abreast Of The Rest

AT around 2pm on October 8

By her mother’s side and not a moment too late

Rosy enchanting baby weighing 8lbs and 13

Every new baby before her and none more beautiful seen

A bundle of joy, a big bundle I say

She has wrinkled newness but not in the same way

There’s a beauty in her skin, a radiant glow

Only those of us close to her may get to know

For now she resides with us and in constant care

The Lord will nurture us as He draws near

His glory has entrusted us to raised this baby

Endeavor to pray always for the Lord’s glory

Remembering today in every way

Every hindrance approach with faith each day

So Nick with Tani go start your life’s journey

Thank God for Naiara, an adorable new born baby
