Don’t give up! Don’t let your hopes be suppressed by the time you need to put in. If there is reason to believe that what you are doing is founded on good ground, then stand firm. After you preservation, the results of your toil will soon bear fruit

 

We Hit Oil

 

With all the prospecting

Extrications and testing

Hour after hour the same

I almost gave up, then it came

The first trace of oil

Only a drop, no gush, but justification of our toil

I jumped for joy knowing the well wasn’t dry

Lots more drilling is in store, more toil to apply
