Prophesy

I don’t prophesize but I see the results that can easily be prophesy. I see the new born child and that child growing up safely. In a society like our , it take great care and divine help for a child to grow to adulthood fully intact. And if I look out through my window I see a nest of birds. I watch how the mother bird stood on those eggs for weeks without leaving and I watch how she now goes and returns safely with food. That is a miracle given the many ways a bird’s life is in danger.

Prophesy

Predicting the bad and not the good

Ruin that would come to the neighborhood

Omitting to foresee things that are of beauty

People don’t predict the good in the community

How often we look and only see the bad

Everything makes us gloomy and nothing makes us glad

Survivors of tragedies, recovery from illness, lives that could be lost

You can see the sunrise, a baby’s smile and other things God loves most
