The best foundations start when you are young.  It’s not surprising then why Wisdom suggested in the Bible “Seek me early” of course the Lord suggested that we seek his Kingdom first before all else. I think with the best foundation any thing comes afterward and will fall into place.

This same thinking can be applied to ones health. When the right building blocks are laid down, a child’s health can serve it through many years to come. We recently heard of centenarians who survived the dangers of time by having a healthy lifestyle from very young

Time for school again, a new term will begin

How quickly the vacation has come to its end

Each year the kids grow bigger and risks gets more

All your caring need not stop when they are out the door

Make sure that your child’s vaccinations are up-to-date

Ensure healthy eating habits and they never go bed late

Remember to help them stay active in all that they do

Invest in their health by investing in yours too

Children’s vaccination schedule can be easily checked

And get them vaccinated if from disease you’ll protect

Never will they get seasonal diseases with proper vaccination

Contact for certainty the Centre For Disease Control and Prevention

As for health, it’s best to get them started early

No fried chicken, fatty foods and snacks too sugary

Check that they eat more fruit and take their veggies

Every school break and lunch time pack them plenty of these

Rich protein breakfasts will keep them best

Scramble eggs and peanut butter sandwiches have past our test

Organized physical training and outdoor sports

Create a healthier body from all reports

It’s time for school again but before they return

Encourage healthier more active lifestyles and they’ll learn

Their lessons better and with all certainty

You’ll always have a partner with The American Cancer Society
