The Fire Was A Blast!

I don’t know how it got its name but who named it, named it well. The discussions can get very heated with enthusiasm, no love lost. There is seldom any cross talking, it’s all controlled. In this acrostic I tried to link it as closely as I could liken it to a fire.

The Fire Was A Blast!

They piled on their licks and added the kerosene

Hauled out dirty linen and sent KB Kleen

Entertainers stopped by to watch the flames

Fans and friends called in and some people called and left no names

Invited guests were there, seated around the bond fire

Riveting presentations and speeches and colorful attire

Evenings the airwaves lit up with the fireworks

Winks of approval from passersby and some made smirks

And the Mighty Gabby for the first time on air

Shared an unknown gem that was replayed when he wasn’t there

A Cocky Commentator added his own sparks

Brought heated discussions to engage like legal sharks

Listeners, you made the flames burned bright

And sharing this with you was a cherished delight

Sorry the Fireworks are out and the flames are now past

This time with you was great and The Fire Was A Blast!
