I made one of my rare trips out on Wednesday because according to my bankers, I had to come in person to do the necessary paper work. I can not complain at my treatment.  Within 5 mins. of entering the building, I was attended to. The process took well over an hour but all times I was made to feel as if I was receiving their fullest attention and was given a comfortable seat as they went about my work. Sheena bypass all else to ensure my prompt completion.
