Nicole

When she answered the phone she told me to come right in and to the counter on the left where she sits. I arrived to an empty room and unmanned counter and went to a teller. The young lady in the booth took on my work with a sense of urgency and went over to a lady who now occupied the counter. The young lady at the counter acknowleged me by name and with a warm smile. Between the two of them my work was updated with the exception that I needed to return within 2 days, with a specific material that I didn’t have on my person. Yesterday I was very ill and today called and was instructed of the procedure. I conformed and was delighted to see that she too stuck to the arrangement. I had no delays and was out within 10mins. The young lady then rubbed my shoulder sincerely and wished me well. I was deeply moved

Not too soft, she rubbed me just right

I can’t take touches on my left side too light

Caresses even with sleeved shirts are now my enemy

On my left side you need to touch me, heavy

Lady, you were generous and genuine and served in a special way

Even knew how to touch this MS body that made it okay
