God Bends You When You….

Got more to stage management than people realize

On performance nights with the lights in your eyes

Doing your best is not all, you need do more

But if you believe, God’s with you, there on the floor

Every time you think you have given your all

No more left, you’ve done the long haul

Don’t give up, there’s still more left in your tanks

So believe my brother and give God thanks

You are the vessel through which he works

On your lowest of lows, He pulls you from idle jerks

Uses your faith and converts it to will

Works your body like it has much more still

He bends you when you thought you can bend no more

Energizes you beyond what you’ve ever been before

Never give up, remember, you’re never at the end

You have a more pliable character, with which to bend

On God have faith and in yourself, have faith too

Use this faith and you can perfect anything you choose to do
