There is so much talk on the island following the announcement of an increase in Water Bills that may exceed 60%.. Businesses are already crying out that they may have to increase their products due to these increases. Imagine, a business has a water bill that represents 0.01% of their total expenses and the increase makes it 0.02% of their expense yet they want to increase the cost of their goods by 10% and more. Outrageous!
