I hope to bring a greater awareness to those who don’t understand MS. I was a live wire just days before I took ill. I remember dancing the night away at a Christmas function weeks before. Then suddenly I was numb and started seeing doubles on my right side. Within weeks I was tested in more ways than I had been tested all of my life and so I was diagnosed. Mr. Superman was exposed to his Kryptonite and my Doctors are still confused. Perhaps we all need to learn more.

 

World MS Day We spend money indiscriminately On fancy homes, cars, clothes and jewelry Refusing to give to meaningful research Leaving many sufferers in an abysmal lurch Disease troubles millions in various ways Multiple Sclerosis is but one with  alarming dismays Some sufferers succumb to its will very early Don’t understand it’s true impact on our society All I know is that I too was fit and strong Yesterday I was superb now today I barely get along
