Mara Thompson

The first lady of Barbados is simple and straight forward. She never seems to want to steal a mic but she is the first to “turn up her sleeves”.

We don’t know each other half as well as we should but I have lots of respect for her husband and admiration for her.

May life bring you happiness

And God’s blessings too

Reaping joy and success

All the years through

The roads up ahead

Have no dead-ends

Only safe destinies instead

May you travel with friends

Praise the Father for His graces

Share His Love, His Word and His way

Open your heart to His children’ crying faces

Now have a Blessed Mother’s Day!
