Auntie

Years ago my aunt took me in her home and I got a taste of the troubles she was getting with my uncle. Before, I got the story from my favorite uncle, but seeing her, it was easy to understand why she ran away to the USA and eventually had my cousins with her. Today my cousins are grown women and men with who I feel closer to now than ever before.

Auntie

A better man I am today

Uncle left you to raise my cousins your way

Now they have grown and through your watchful care

They are a precious family with whom I can share

I am blessed and you made it all possible through pray

Enjoy God’s grace Auntie and have a Happy Mother’s Day!
