Productivity
I remember believing that I would get more out of my workers by giving them commissions on all that they sold. This created anarchy amongst them. I then had to zone their sales but I got people refusing to deal with client who were not their in the absence of the sales representative. Have you ever noticed the number of tickets that the police write during some seasons? They never give you a chance even for the slightest no no. There was one successful way to get the staff to feel to be more productive.

destroy the harmonious work that people will Take
showroom workers who bicker “that’s my sale” I
saw them come in last week and showed them in detail! Very
hard to stop policemen from frivolous reports If
they will receive commissions from those taken to the courts There
is great difficulty with commissions so incentive shouldn’t be money You’ll
find great productivity when staff get shares in the company |
