Once you shop you must understand

And once they sell within their rights

Look out cause many like you have lost their fights

Care must be taken so listen my shopping friends

Let the product suit the purpose for which it intends

And if it fails to meet this standard

Return it with receipt and press them hard

If sales people choose your position to ignore

Tell them to let you see their supervisor
