In the news they feature a cartoon which depicts a chimpanzee shot dead by 2 policemen. The caption related to the Stimulus Bill that was recently implemented by the Obama Government and the fact that the people need a new author to chart our passage to revival of the Economy. Since President Obama is the one considered the author of this Stimulus Bill and that he is an African-American, largely associated with monkeys and apes, it is clear the implications of this cartoon and its outright statement.
