I Am Sorry!

Sometimes we make verbal slips and things happen so fast that you scarcely get the opportunity to apologize. For those time when I have done just this, please forgive me. And for that specific time today then here, I’m Sorry!

So please forgive me!

 

I Am Sorry

I opened my mouth and out they came

A barrage of words that made me so lame

My mind didn’t even reached my lips

Sent no brakes for my verbal slips

Once they were out I couldn’t take them back

Right now I think I deserved a smack

Reach across the screen and slap me one

You’ll feel much better and any unpleasantness will be gone

Forgive me!
