Barbados...again

Every country has its special way to celebrate. Internationally all those countries that believe in the coming of Christ and His role, have celebrated Christmas the same general way. Barbados has some small variations but at the end of the day, once we all know the reason for the season, Christ’s coming is heralded and carols give our praise and spread our cheer

Barbados

Bajan Jug Jug and great cake

Are Christmas treats our people make

Ripe dried sorrel made into drink

Bread with coconut and night lights that blink

All these mean Christmas but most of all

Decorating the house and a Christmas tree many feet tall

On Christmas Eve caroling and spreading good cheer

Seasons Greetings to all and a Happy New Year
