But Not In Front The Kids

Dennis opened the show with talking points about the current public squabbling of Farley and the Minister of Education. Though both gentlemen had points deserving of being heard, the public forum and especially in front of the kids was in poor taste.

What ever happened to dealing with the problems around a “bowl of soup”. This country is on the mend, like the rest of the world, we cannot be derailing the positive stone that were laid before us.

But Not In Front The Children

Bowl of soup meeting with out the press

Using this method would be more finesse

These goodly gentlemen must use tact

Never publicly show their repulsive act

Once we start mixing the way we discipline

The children will be confused and who will win

It’s not sensible to show this conflict

Not to the children out in public

For years I was told that I should

Resist arguing in front the kids, it’s not good

Once there is dispute wait until

None of their little ears can hear your will

Then never let them know the dispute exist

The parents should be private and publicly desist

Have disagreements but show public harmony

Each kid should never know where parents disagree

Children at school should be treated this way

Head teachers and Ministers must appear okay

It can’t be seen by the kids that they disagree

Let these Heads discuss their problems privately

Don’t be wagging fingers or shouting to the children’s applause

Remedy problems at private meetings to support your cause

Educate our kids but you , goodly gentlemen

Never air your linen publicly, not in front the children
