Turkey Talk

There is no bigger holiday in America than Thanks Giving. The meal, and gifts are part of the tradition but they also gather around the table to give thanks over their meal.

This is such a noble thing, after all we are advised to give thanks always to the almighty but I regret that such a meaningful day is followed by the same level of outrage that enveloped the people of America.

Turkey Talk

Traditionally they come together today

United around a table in the great USA

Remembering to give thanks and those at war

Keeping in touch with their love ones as always before

Everyone shares a reason and they give thanks

You’d think its religious but for me its emotional pranks

They thank God for a list of things seeming genuinely

And by the morrow its back to fighting and iniquity

Lord I pray that the spirit of this holyday would linger on

Kisses, hugs and harmony will continue all the year long
