I tried feeding my dog chow and got my fingers snapped off. I learnt from very early that I never wanted a dog to do that again but dogs don’t naturally understand that they are hurting you. They need to be taught even how to take food from your hand. I had another dog many years later that never snatched anything from my hand and I never taught her. I now know that we do not hurt the people we love and we will go to all measures to ensure this
