Patience

There is nothing like understanding why you are being kept for such a long time. If only someone would explain to you that the doctor will be late arriving and should be here in about 30 mins. Also, it would be good if you knew that you were next or 3rd in line. Just knowing these little details can take the edge off the waiting room.

 

Patience

Please have patience patients we’ll get to you

All resources are employed to see that we do

Though your wait seems long in an uncomfortable chair

It’s the best we have and we are doing our best in here

Even when it appears you’re having an unnecessary delay

Nurses are doing everything to these problems allay

Care is taken to ensure thoroughness and accuracy

Every measure is taken to encourage your treatment promptly
