For years I have
heard people calling in to the Radio programs complaining about the poor drainage,
largely as a result of the failure to keep them clean of clear the well they
feed.
I live in a
neighborhood where a drizzle of rain will cause flooding that remains on the
road for weeks. And to ad insult to injury, it all happens in front the home of
a celebrity.
