Bee Sting
Small lessons in
life give me big understandings. I can still remember running from the pasture
that morning, screaming for help and getting some “cou cou” that mom kept for
healing. It took the stinger out and the stinging stopped. The finger was
swollen and as I convalesced, I contemplated, even at that young age, about the
vital balance in nature and the importance of each of our roles. That bee gave
his life but saved many others of God’s creatures with my new appreciation of
the insect world.

over the bee then slide them in So I did
but the stinger was still protruding The stinger
in my finger was like a pin that’s hot It stung
but grammy cooled in from a concoction in a pot Never again
did I try to trap a helpless bee Got respect

Many stings and bites take place during the fall
months as the temperature of the days decrease. Reason being, bees, wasps and
insects in general are cold blooded and they linger around people and pets in order
to absorb body heat, therefore increasing the chances of getting stung or bitten.
Last week, I witnessed a 4 year old girl with her hand and forearm swollen
to her elbow, from a wasp sting that she received to her fingertip the day
before. The sight of her hand and arm brought tears to my eyes because I knew
that if she had had ">http://www.BeeStingCure.com">
Baker's Venom Cleanser available when she was stung, none of her discomfort
would have elevated to that extreme point of swelling and discomfort.
