3R - Relaxation
With all the
devastation, one house stood tall amongst the ruins. It is hard to watch the
thousands of home laying flat in the path of Ike.
Where does one go
now to rest ones head when lying down only replays these sad pictures. Looking
inward during these times of total lost is harder than I had imagined

3R – Relaxation Rooms collapsed as walls fell Every survivor had a story to tell Life was precious and they all knew All the destruction wouldn’t stop them starting anew Xtensive warnings were published very early And smart residents evacuated promptly The role of Meteorologists is more appreciated It would have be mass fatality if they had waited Our Lord gives us knowledge that should disseminate No one need suffer cause they didn’t know to evacuate |
