3R -Reflection
When I think of
the records that stood for over a decade with no expectation of being broken, I
think of Michael Johnson’s stand in the 200m. That just seemed impossible for
any living man. But in comes Usain Bolt who shaves 0.02 seconds off it, that is
the equivalent of the dip at the end of his race, but consider that previously
he was running 19.65 as his fastest. That was a leap from his personal best.
