Tha Arm Forces

If you have been following the Beijing Olympics, then like me you would be fascinated by the amount of energy required by so of these men. Imagine a weight lifter Clean and Jerk 530lbs, or was it 570lbs?

 

What about how a gymnast can pull their body up from these unreal positions

 

 

The Arm Forces

There is so much we expect from mere men

Heroic performances that to most are frightening

Excellence perfected with incredible power

Arm force deliberate and relenting never

Risking all they can for that ultimate defeat

Muscles so ripped they make these men hard to beat

For gymnasts their biceps and triceps are used

On High bars, Pommel Horse, Still Rings or any event they choose

Rounds of Javelin, Shot put, Discuss and more

Clean Jerk and Snatch are all hard core

Every swimmer too needs strength to keep them on courses

So if you want to win you must strengthen The Arm Forces
