How can we overcome our nervousness and remain focused and in control. It takes years of training. To be the beast at anything it is a good idea to train during times of adversity and deprivation. This method has been used by doctor, soldiers and athletes for year

 

3S Strength

So much nervousness yet focus and control

They trained for years to play their role

Ready to face others with whom they’ll compete

Enjoying victory but prepared for defeat

No one can imagine the highs they get

Greater even when they hear, that’s the fast yet

There is a power you feel from every win

However not as powerful letting the Savior in
