3S - Strength

A bit at a time then a man can move mountains of work and achieve the things he set out to do. Take a person who is 50lbs over weight and who have tried but still find themselves over weight many years after. When I ask them they can burn a pound a week so what is the problem?

 

3S – Strength

Slowly reintroducing exercise

Taking the opportunity is wise

Rehabilitation may start at the strangest point

Exercising the subtle muscle and an inconspicuous joint

Never give up on its progress however small

Growth took a while to make the palm tree tall

To get back on track and make you strong again

Have patience with what you do while exercising
