Happy Father's Day ..Dad
There are little
childhood memories that carry really big meanings to me today. These originally
were just the typical growing pains that children go through but now when I look
back at them I feel their impact. All the values of great parenting were part
of the repertoire. I am happy and blessed to have my dad.

The very first memories I have of you Dad Have been lasting and the best any child has had Early morning walks on Deacons and the jockey rides Being saved at the water edge from the ebbing tides Each time we kids competed by running to the tree Sparrow bird you placed in my hands and said carefully The significance of these memories got clearer as I grew One little reminder of them and then I knew First memories play a very vital role Fathers like you always kept control At the very times when I needed you There was the assurance that you’ll be there to do Heroic and essential tasks we took for granted Every need was met and most everything I wanted Recalling it all now I owe you more than I could say So let me start by wishing you a Happy Father’s Day |
