The 3 R's - Relaxation
I believe that I
said it before, but here is a new emphasis.
Relaxation is as vital as food. It nourishes the body and the spirit.
Without it, the body and spirit will slowly die. Or is that surely die? Well, I
believe both. Some one recently computed that the human body requires an
equivalent of 1/6 days rest per week. This is scientific jargon for resting one
day every week,. Sounds like observing the Sabbath.

The 3 R’s – Relaxation Rise up all you people and understand Every hour of everyday is at your command Lost your judgment and set aside a time of rest And know that this is what the Good Lord suggest ‘Xercise GOoD practices in all that you do A body well balanced is a healthy spirit too The more you rest and think positively Is the more you’ll perfect your spirituality Once rested a body can recover and restart No one unless rested, has much to impart |
