I hear all the
Kudos going out to the Team BLP and wonder, where were these people over the
last 10 years. I say 10 because every one needs some time to settle so I
generously give them 3 years before judgment started. It all reminds me of
Bajans who keep the visible spick and span but live dirty behind the scenes. I
expect that over time any Government can show some change in infrastructure,
that is natural progression. But to develop, people must grow positively. They
positive growth should show in the community’s health. I mean Social,
Economical, Financial, Moral, Spiritual, Mental and Clinical Health
