Bells were ringing during the Christmas cheer

Anthony and Barbara wore wedding wear

Rings were exchanged as they said their I dos

Blissful marriage is the life they’ll choose

A friend told me how they had walked God’s way

Righteous wedding just before Christmas Day

And foolish me, I was wishing the seasons merriment

And sent Christmas greetings but I never sent

Nuptial good wishes with happiness too

Divine blessings bestowed on the two of you

That your life together be His sanctioned love

Ordained with the Blessings sent from above

Never met Barbara but if your spirits found each other
