Christmas is my favorite time of year

O Holy Night ringing through the Silent Night air

Unusual bonds created and old ones made new

Seasons cheer shared and hatefulness subdue

I’m happy for the love our Savior brought

No no’s He pointed out and the righteous He taught

Every promise He keeps and He promised that one day

No more pain or sorrow, no more worries or dismay

I’m happy Jesus came that first Christmas day

Delivering His blessings, peace, goodwill and to make life okay
