The 3 "R" - Relaxation
I got so used to
my 2 hours sleep that it would be hard for anyone to believe how satisfied my
body seems to be after 4 hours. To understand this, think about increasing your
8 hours to 16 hours, the same. If you were to double your hours of rest, going
bed at 8:00pm would mean getting up at midday. Wow! That’s mummy proportions.

Relaxation Rain
came and I stayed in bed Early
downpour almost thwarted my plans ahead Little
time passed before I was back asleep Approximately
one hour later I left bed with a leap Xtra
time seemed to have boost my battery And
I was in gear for my walk very swiftly The
more we rest the more we can go I
was never the benchmark for this, I know Only
now I must rest because my body is in shock Nerves
are flared, they need as much rest as I got |
