You Are Not Born Equal

It is no point saying how wrong I am without reading this first. I wasn’t able to get all my points down but I believe you can understand my point of view. This is not meant to convince anyone, just to get you to understand that there are other credible views about this moot topic. I welcome your comments

We Are Not Born Equal

So often I hear that we were all born equal

I think we are as distant as cotton and wool

My friends argue that from our delivery

Individuals are given an equal opportunity

Let me please try here to explain

And perhaps stop this constant arguing

Right from the start when we were conceived

Babies destinies are formally weaved

Ultimately programmed in our DNA

The codes for life are encrypted to stay

You born with a distinctive message in code

Only God knows with what you’re bestowed

Unfortunately your code may have an unusual affect

And you may be born with some kind of defect

Retarded mentally or challenged physically

Emotional disorders or limbs anomaly

Now even if you have none of these

Our differences may show in other varieties

The child may be born in a the third world

Born as a boy but behave like a girl

Or born to parents who are penniless,

Royalty or parents rich with financial success

Now I understand that we are all born in sin

Every one of us equal in that rating

Quite apart we are in all other aspects of life

Unusual in our advantages, challenges and strife

A child born into riches is the most unfortunate

Lives born poor more earnestly seek the Holy Spirit
