Warrant To Evict

Which side of the fence do we stand? There are so many well intended tenants who are being evicted through no fault of theirs and have difficulty finding some place on time. It doesn’t seem fair to kick these people out in the cold but the landlord may also be in a personal bind himself. And what about the tenant who breaks every rule. The law assists by protecting both parties but ultimately, the owner of the property has the final call.

Warrant To Evict

When a landlord has difficulty getting his tenants to leave

A Warrant of Eviction ensures the tenant has no reprieve

Rights the tenant thought he may have had

Rescinded by this WOE which becomes ironclad

A woe that supersedes any that the tenant brought

Never caring to be rational never doing what he ought

Tenants sometimes abuse the use of the property

They destroy the premises and keep the place dirty

Organize to have subtenants of their own

Enforce them to pay for the water, lights and the phone

Violating the original rental agreements constantly

Inconsistent payments that are seldom monthly

Care must be taken on who you decide can rent

The property you’d invested in, the money you spent
