the sloth avoids all kinds of work Destructive
Ira is wrath or anger will internally lurk Lastly
and most potent is Superbia which means pride Your
vain self indulgence neglecting God’s graces inside So Greed, Anger, Lust,
Pride, Envy, Gluttony, Sloth or GALPEGS mnemonically Immoral
corruptions which harvest iniquity Now
live free of these and your soul wins Secure
